How do I pay?
We currently accept payments by Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use this service. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming all of the details.

At the checkout you will be asked to log into Paypal, but don't worry, there is a link on the left-hand side above the images of the different cards accepted. The link says 'Do not have a paypal account?' Use your credit card or bank account card (Where avaliable). Continue. All you need to do is click where it says 'continue' and you will then be asked for your address and card details and pay in the normal way.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processing partners Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to order, *SEE BELOW* you can just use it once and they will not store your details. We alsp accept payment by cheque . As we use a third party to process card payments (Paypal ) at no time do A la Carte Bundles have your card details. We do not store any personal details and never pass e-mail addresses to other companies for marketing.

Yes you can, please pay in the normal way through our online shop and we will refund the postage via Paypal only (no cash refunds) once you have collected your merchandise from us. Please contact us before you pay so that we can organise a suitable date and time for your collection.
When contacting us by telephone please leave a voicemessage clearly so that we can return your call as soon as possible. We will also be exhibiting at various fayres where you may collect your purchases from us in person. A list of all fayres that we will be attending will be published on the events page .

How long does delivery take?
We at A la Carte Bundles pride ourselves on having a quick turnaround and most items are shipped out within 48 hours of orders being placed. To ensure that your gifts have arrived safetly most large items like Nappy Cakes items will be sent by Signed for Courier Service, all other small items will be sent by Royal Mail. Delivery will take approx 5- 10 Days from the time of placing your order to the gifts arriving on your doorstep. Please allow min 5 - 10 days on some items though as other items take longer to make by hand, we cannot be held responsible for any delays from our couriers once the packages have left us. We do not include weekends or Bank holidays in our delivery times.
We live nearby, can you deliver?
Our products are delivered by various methods, including courier and royal mail, however if you live in the areas listed below we can deliver our larger gift Bundles, e.g Nappy Cakes and Pamper cakes, for a reduced fee of £4.50. The local delivery areas are:-

You will still need to pay through the website as normal, paying the posting and packing fee, but we will refund you the difference through paypal only (no cash refunds). Please email or telephone us once your order has been placed so we can arrange a suitable delivery day and time. The gifts will not be boxed for home deliveries, but will still be gift wrapped with cellophane, ribbons and bows. Unfortunately we cannot accept payments on delivery of goods, all goods must be paid for before delivery is arranged.

All prices are issued in pounds stirling. Prices are shown on our website and do not include charges for postage and packing materials. The postage and packing prices are also listed on our website as seperate charges and are added to your total bill when your order is placed. We endeavour to keep prices of postage and packaging competitive and try to make the pricing as accurate as possible, so no profit is made from this.
We reserve the right to alter any prices shown on our website as and when needed, however our prices will not be altered on any order after it has been placed and processed through our website or on any telephone orders placed using debit or credit cards.
Will your product design change?
All the images shown on our website or publicity material are used for illustrative purposes only. The Images shown are representative and while we will make every effort to deliver the products as pictured, the actual contents style may vary due to unavailabe or discontinued stock from our suppliers. If an item has to be changed, A la Carte Bundles will ensure that replaced item will be of equal or greater quality and value.
What if I want to returns my goods and have a refund?
We at A la Carte Bundles believe customer satisfaction is paramount. We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the purchase we will offer you a full refund or exchange (excluding the costs of all postage and packaging), providing the product is returned in its original wrapped and unused condition within seven days of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the return postage costs and the original postage costs will not be refunded. If you wish to return your product, we advise you retain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

What holds the nappy cakes/ bundles together?
A la Carte Bundles do not use glue or staples in our products. This is to ensure that the items are all reusable after the cakes are dismantled. This does mean that we do use alternative methods, such as saftey pins, plastic tags, etc, so please ensure that you take extreme care when taking the gifts apart. Please ensure you keep all small objects and wrappers away from babies and children as we at A la Carte Bundles cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuiries caused.What if I want to returns my goods and have a refund?

Postage
Nappy Cakes are posted out using courier company and the price is £7.99 This price is because the weight of the Nappy Cakes is large and the size of the boxes we have to use as they are nearly 2 foot tall. Courier company delivers 95% of deliveries the next working day
Lost items.
It is a very rare occurrence that items get lost in the post. However, in this situation our policy is as follows:-
Royal Mail do not consider something is lost until fifteen working days after the date of dispatch. Any item that 'goes missing in the post' should be notified to us on or after the fifteenth working day of receipt of dispatch notification email.
We strongly recommend that before you contact us you should make enquiries with your local sorting office and or post office to check if they are holding the item for you. You should do this even if no card has been left by the post office saying they were unable to deliver your item.
Items not received must be claimed for from Royal Mail by the purchaser. A la Carte Bundles will assist by forwarding copies of documentation such as proof of postage, but all claims must be pursued by the purchaser.
We regret that we will be unable to replace free of charge any item lost in the post, you will need to make your purchase again. Any costs relating to your original purchase should be claimed back from Royal Mail.
