Availability and Design
All the images shown on this site are for illustrative purposes only. We will endeavour to provide every product as described in the pictures, however as products may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this. Should any item need to be changed we will ensure that it is replaced with products of equal or better quality and value.
Delivery and Packaging
All our products can be delivered throughout mainland UK.
Each Nappy cake is sent on a re-usable cake board and securely wrapped in cellophane, then sealed with ribbons and bows. We also add an ingredients listing card.
All parcels sent may require a signature upon delivery.
All products are packaged with suitable protective covering, and placed in a sturdy cardboard box. Where possible we do recycle our boxes, this helps the environment, and also helps us to keep costs down ensuring we can keep our prices lower for you, the customer.
Payments
We take payment via Paypal or cheques. You can also pay using cash, if you visit us at one of the exhibitions/ Craft fayres we have a stall at.
Refunds and Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we would encourage you to contact our customer services department either through email:- customerservice@alacarte-bundles.co.uk or telephone 01634 580071 in the hope that we can rectify the situation.
If you do require a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) we will be happy to provide this upon return of all purchases in their original condition and packaging. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage for your return as we will not offer a refund if the purchase is lost and there is no proof of purchase.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information that you provide will only be used by A la Carte Bundles to process your order and will not be passed to third parties. We reserve the right to publish any feedback that you provide to us but personal details will not be used. If you prefer us not to use any feedback you provide please inform us and we will respect this.

Shipping & Returns
All orders are subject to postage and packaging charges.
Delivery Schedule
Our products are personalised therefore all products are made to order. We therefore do not hold any fully made products in stock.
Most wooden products are dispatched in 24hrs. This also applies to T-shirts, bibs, aprons and bags. In busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.
Photographic products are dispatched in 24hrs days, upon receipt of photographs. In busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.
Most items will be dispatched separately. However, a few items may be dispatched together, depending on the production processes involved.
Returns Policy
Faulty Orders
Personalised goods cannot be refunded unless faulty. In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged order, please contact us for a replacement.
